Giorgio Cerquetti Ph.D – author and yoga practitioner was born in Italy in 1946 and has been a vegetarian since the age of sixteen. He has written books and numerous articles for major magazines and newspapers, and is a recognized television and radio personality in Italy, where he has been instrumental in introducing exciting new concepts for better living. Between 1968 and 1991 he lived part time in India, where he studied yoga, Vedic philosophy, and the spiritual aspects of vegetarianism.
