In 2025, TLS expanded its servicing portfolio across SASB, Conduit CMBS, and Freddie Mac securitizations, while focusing on operational enhancements to the platform. TLS was appointed on some of the largest transactions of the year, including two office SASBs, each over $1.2 billion.
