Jim is a Senior Vice President in the special servicing and workout services group, where he is responsible for managing workouts and engaging with borrowers and stakeholders. Jim brings over 20 years of experience managing complex debt and equity investments.

Prior to joining Torchlight in 2026, Jim held asset management roles at CoreVest, NY Mortgage Trust, Waterstone, and Wachovia Securities.

Jim holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS from Wake Forest University.
