Michele is a Vice President in the corporate operations group. In her role, Michele is accountable for aligning the Firm’s responsible investment and engagement initiatives to client and industry expectations. She has 20 years of professional experience.

Prior to joining Torchlight in 2017, Michele worked at Phreesia, Heidrick & Struggles, and H5 Technologies in analytical and operational roles.

Michele holds a BA from Dartmouth College.
