Rob Deckey is a Managing Partner and Head of Global Capital Formation as well as a member of the Management Committee. In his role, he is responsible for spearheading Torchlight’s fundraising and marketing strategy efforts. He has 30 years of professional experience.

Prior to joining Torchlight in 2026, Rob held investment banking leadership positions at commercial real estate firms including Invesco, George Comfort & Sons, Smith Barney, Citigroup, and J.P. Morgan.

Rob holds an MBA from Wharton and a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering and Economics from Brown University.
