Wayne is a Managing Partner of the special situations and investment strategy group as well as a member of the Management Committee. In his role, Wayne focuses on strategy, research, and the identification and evaluation of business development opportunities for our special servicing and workout services business.

During his 18-year tenure at Torchlight, Wayne has worked in a trading capacity across multiple investment cycles, and has traded CMBS throughout the capital stack. In addition, Wayne has also been responsible for structuring bespoke transactions, including re-securitizations of interest-only bonds as well as multiple re-securitizations of GSE B-pieces.

Wayne is a CFA Charterholder and holds an AB from Harvard University.
