Bill is the Managing Partner of the special servicing and workout services group as well as a member of the Management Committee. Bill is responsible for leading and managing a team focused on the restructuring and resolution of distressed loans and REO properties. He is also responsible for managing and expanding third-party servicing relationships for the Firm. He has 21 years of professional experience.

Prior to joining Torchlight in 2013, Bill held various capital markets roles including tenures at Starwood Property Trust, Rockwood Real Estate Advisors, and First Potomac Realty Trust.

Bill holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BBA from Roanoke College. He serves on the Advisory Board of the University of Florida Bergstrom Real Estate School.
