Torchlight Investors refinanced and upsized an existing investment with a $130.0 million first mortgage loan on a newly delivered Class A trophy multifamily property in Nashville, Tennessee. The property features 380 residential units, 45,000 SF of ground floor retail, and 52,000 SF of premium amenities. Proceeds were used to refinance Torchlight’s existing $75.0M senior mortgage and a $45.0M third-party mezzanine loan, as well as to fund property-level reserves and cover closing costs.
