Alexandra joined CREFC to deepen her expertise and expand her industry network. The Women’s Network has been especially meaningful to her, as it creates a space for connection, mentorship, and the advancement of women into leadership positions within commercial real estate.

Torchlight Investors has closed a $59.0 million structured investment, comprised of a $40.0 million senior loan and $19.0 million mezzanine loan, secured by a mixed-use retail center located in Secaucus, NJ.
